We provide our services to House, Building & Property Owners, Alternative owner, Companies, Tenant and related clients.
Inspection visiting hours 8am to 6Pm Only.
Service area (applicable for houses and buildings)
Package prices applicable for 20 perches land area or bellow, maximum 3 stories buildings or less. 6 bedrooms or less & 6 bathrooms or less. except living, dinning, storeroom, pantry, kitchen, bathroom, and garage.
Additional charges for more than the above numbers as bellow.
Charged 15% from per visit cost for your selected package for additional units, such as Service area 20 to 30 perches land (15% from Package price), 3 to 5 stories building (15% from Package price). 6 to10 bedrooms & 6 to 10 bathrooms (15% from Package price).
Service area is double or more than the selected package, price also doubled.
Access to property
Clients must ensure the service providers to access the property.
All the areas should be easy to access in your location. (for accurate inspection)
Owners/ Tenant or any other parties who lives in job location, must keep their pets and provide security for our representative. And clients should secure valuable items.
Acceptance
Our feedback is normal human eye-catching damages only.
Due to the bad weather and travel restrictions, need to accept all the partis and clients can change the job day according to the company time slots.
General Power cuts and power failures are accepted and can change the date. Power failures due to lack of payments are not accepted for date change on the job day. (applicable for buildings)
Customer must accept bad weather situation and change the date accordingly.
Security & Updates.
For the security peruse of our clients, they can acknowledge our representative by checking NIC or Company details before taking to the job site or you can get the more details from our company phone number.

Annual agreements
Pay annual fee at ones, Pay 50% from the annual charge at the beginning and the balance within the first 3 months you can pay, or Bank standing order. (eligible for discounts) Applicable for Gold Plus & Platinum Plus Packages or Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum - 12 Months regular services agreements)
You can pay monthly for your convenience. (Can claim annual agreement discount after 12 jobs completed)
If the customer breaks our terms and conditions, we take all previous visits as a stranded visits and we calculate balance payment for standard package price.
Cancellation policy
Customers can cancel the Job 24 hours before the job day even after the payment has made. We refund 100% cash you paid to the company within 3 working days, or you can reschedule your services.
Dates changers accept only 24 hours before the job day. (job day start at everyday 8am to 5pm)
Payments
Method: Online Transfer/ bank deposits Cheques or Standing order.
Need to do the payments for job confirmation. We serve our services by first come first serve basis only, due to the high demand and competitive time slots.
Payment reference need to update via email or WhatsApp message and get the confirmation from the company.
All the discounts and promotions applicable for paid and confirm jobs only.
50% will be charged from the package price for below conditions.
Date change on job day.
Can’t contact relevant party or not available at the job site at the job day.
Wrong location or information at the job day.
